Hello, i search Japanese and Korean ( or other ) Mii maker for citra, idk where i can found this :/

Mii Maker is a system title installed on the CTRNAND. That means it's part of the 3DS firmware. I wonder if there are sites that host firmware packages?

But theorically, to use CITRA you're supposed to own a 3DS in order to dump the required files to make games like pokemon games work and to be able to dump the files of your games
In this case, you should be able to dump as cia I think the mii channel from your 3ds

you cant not anywhere on GBATemp (yes you'll get get smacked for ToS Violation if you try by PMs)

but like @Pikachuk stated here your *Supposed* to dump parts of your OWN 3DS's FW for use w/ Citra and you loose any support if your caught using dumps from systems that aren't your own.

that being Said, you should be able to dump it off your 3DS and convert to CIA in theory.
