I have no idea what is going on. I've been successfully using the hack for 5.05 since it was released. I stopped playing my PS4 for a few months and now when I try to launch Mira+HEN, my console either freezes or completely shuts off on me. I'm launching it from the User Guide menu like I always have, picking 5.05 and then Mira+HEN. To be perfectly clear, it worked the first time. Then I started playing Gundam Breaker 3, which froze in the middle of a mission and forced a restart on my console. Since that time, CFW will no longer load up on my PS4.

Work fine on my end, problem might be your HDD.

Try using only HEN. Try running the exploit from cache. Freezing in-game usually happens due to a faulty database.

running exploit from cache won't allow you to totally shut down system. you could only put it in stand by. correct me if im wrong.

Sleep mode locks up the system for me. Shutting off the PS4 has no issues when using the offline cache via the User Guide. I just turn it off when done then I can turn it on the next time, load User Guide, let it sit for a few minutes to let it load up some background processes, load up HEN, and continue on playing my games and such.

Indeed. As i said you can't shut down the console and then turn it on WITHOUT reloading hen.

No, you said, and I quote, "running exploit from cache won't allow you to totally shut down system. you could only put it in stand by."

OP, as long as you wait a few seconds after turning on the PS4 (until a "This PS4 is not connected to a network" notification or something like that appears), running HEN (not HEN+Mira) gets you 100% results. If you do not wait after booting up, there's a 90% chance it will freeze. At least that's what happens on my PS4 Pro, running hen vortex 1.6. Just give it a chance to start all the processes and services before running the exploit.
