Thanks to the support of our lovely subscribers on our official Twitch channel, we'd like to give back to the community. GBAtempTV followers and subscribers will be entered in a raffle to win an eShop voucher to buy a game of their choice on the Nintendo Switch. A second-place prize of eShop credit of $20/£15 (to be adjusted for currency of the winner's Switch region) will be offered, as well.

All you need to do to enter is to either follow or subscribe to the GBAtempTV Twitch account. A follow will count as one entry, while a subscription will count as five entries. Don't forget that if you have Amazon Prime, you automatically get a free Twitch Prime sub to use each month. (If you're already a follower, be sure to post in the thread below so we know who you are!)

The winner will be picked at random one week after the posting of this thread (thread went live on September 7th). If the winner does not have a Nintendo Switch or lives in a country where eShop credit is difficult to gift, other arrangements will be made. The first-place prize will be equivalent of $60 USD eShop credit, and second place will be $20, and if you prefer Steam/PSN/XBL, we can do that instead!

Can you be more specific on what this "Application" should include?

• Does the "streamer" need to actually have been streaming for long time in advance?
• What is the purpose of including mixer and youtube if twitch is the platform of focus?
• Does the person need a already abundance of sub/followers/view count for their channel?
• Do we need a list of consoles or games that we own?
• Does this person need a camera?

I'm only asking so I know what to include and not put stuff that isn't necessary.

You need to have some form of experience with streaming before.
In case someone uses those other platforms for their content, but would like to use that experience for the Twitch.

Hmm, that reminds me, now that I think about it, isn't the channel required to be more active when it is part of the affiliate program? Like least streaming more often than once or twice a week?

No. Once you're an affiliate you can stream as much or as little as you want. That being said, I plan to be doing daily streams once I'm back in my uni routine, so there will be more streams, even if they are only an hour or two long.
