Large eshop warez destinations like 3dsiso have been shut down recently. It's extremely hard to find anything but the most popular eshop stuff.

I would suggest finding a warez community (not this one - there's some on reddit I think) and haggle people for the dlc.

From the little (and possibly incorrect) I know of it, that game doesn't have real DLC, they're just """bona fide""" sales of services (just like Badge Arcade or Fuckemon Bank)
