Hardware Transfered my account to my New Nintendo Switch....

So, I got banned on my old console.

I just transferred my account to my new console!

I want to avoid ban at all cost because I like posting pictures on FB of my games, and that's it pretty much lol

All homebrew I did was to transfer my old saves to my new console and I sold the banned one...

Nothing piracy related (yet lol)

Make a clean NAND backup before hacking the new console is the first step towards hacking, regardless if you care about being banned or not. Plus, you can use it to prevent yourself from potentially getting banned.

Most likely but there is still the purpose of backing up the NAND to save yourself from a brick meaning there is still no reason for you to backup your NAND. After that, block the GPDR URL manually or under Account Settings, use creport, disable eclct and you should be good as long as you don't pirate online.

Or you play legit games or you'll be banned: no third option.
Maybe it would have been better to keep the banned console and use it for piracy, and the second one for legit games.

I actually told them i didn't even know what modding is in games. And i said i bought the console second hand.

If your console is bricked, the 2 ways to save recover your console are a hardmod or reflashing (aka restoring) the NAND. Anyway for everything else...

Creport: Causes all crash/error reports/logs to go to the SD card so they are not sent to big N (look for a folder named 0100000000000036 under titles)

Is there like a CFW that has all of that enabled? Maybe @tomGER SD files?

Both tomGER's SD files and RajNX comes with creport enabled and eclct disabled. To block the GPDR URL, either set up an EU account and toggle the relevant setting or block that URL on your router (you can also use a DNS server that blocks that URL by default such as 90DNS).

Well if they believed your story and let you unlink your account then it's on them to think you wouldn't transfer your saves. If you didn't know anything about modding then how would you know this would cause it to be banned. If it gets banned from transferring your saves then they should unban it knowing they gave you the ability to transfer your saves without knowing they were tainted.

But! they didn't do that, what I noticed is that the tickets for the previous console were transferred to my new console even tho I didn't install anything yet! D:
