Homebrew [Question] Getting Saya no Uta running on VNDS?

I've been trying to get this visual novel running on my system, but no luck.
It always fail to start and display a weird black screen error message: "Guru Meditation Error" or something like that.
I've downloaded the novel from 2 sources:

One thing about the second source is I don't know what to do, or where to put with the .novel file, so any guide is appreciated!!!

can something with the settings or not specified the path to the novel files? try again to read the instructions

Hmmmm... so I managed to get Saya no Uta running, but the voice are not playing?
Only the music plays.
Checked the sound folder and it does have voice in it.
Anyone know what's wrong or how to fix?
