So 3DS screen sucks, and lately i notices top one is a bit yelowish, like i have f.llux app installed!
also contrast is not so good as bottom screen.

I wish i can calibrate top screen.

Is there an app or method to do that on hacked 3DS please?

The poor contrast is probably because you have a TN screen, there isn't much you can do about it

It shouldn't look yellow though. Just slightly less saturated.

Does changing the brightness make any difference?

Yellowed screen? Not even a TN should have a yellow tone.
I never heard of a case in a 3DS... but, maybe, just maybe it could be that your screen is burning...
I dunno, I hardly think it's that... but is a possibility.

Burn-in doesn't happen to LCDs, and even if it did, it wouldn't be a uniform yellow. But I have seen LCDs turn yellowish, my grandma's TV is yellowed (it's not uniform though) but she's had that thing for many years so it's only expected that it gets worn out.

I had a Lenovo Phab (2016) that almost all of the border of the screen went yellow because of burnin' I assume. I used to play "big" games in it (FIFA 14 for example) and over a few weeks playing with it, the corners began to turn yellowish... over one year later, almost all the border of the screen was yellow.
It's true, it wouldn't be a uniform yellow, but I find OP's issue pretty wierd, because it only means then that the top screen flexes are damaged (although as far as I know, when the flexes are damage or half disconnected, the 3DS refuses to turn on), or the screen it self.

Actually only the speakers need to be connected IIRC (which are on the same ribbon cable), so the part that handles screen data can be damaged and the console would still work.
But if the cable was damaged so the blue color signal was missing, then it would be a lot more yellow, not just slightly yellow.
It is a weird issue, but I think it's most likely the screen itself being worn. But the ribbon cable is soldered on AFAIK so the whole screen would need replacing anyway even if it was just the cable.

Maybe if you dropped your 3ds, and the rainbow cable became a bit loose and you need to reinsert it.
