Hacking Switch Informations by serial number - READ THE FIRST POST before asking questions

has anyone purchased any of the refurbished Switches?
I see they are on nintendo's official ebay store: (can't post links)

Since the Fusee Gelee hasn't been patched via any software updates, I am thinking the refurbished would still be vulnerable or is it something they could patch while refurbishing?

Highly unlikely N would go to the expense of retrofitting even if it is possible. You should be fine.

Huh, how do you want to return it if you already opened the box? The german mediamarkt store doesn't accept opened box (except online store). Or did you really return it :o (would be interesting if it changed)

it was an online order from the local MediaMarkt (Offline Store, not online) through ebay (maybe you know what i mean ). I've returned it without any problems.

Furthermore i get a new console and this one works without any problems. It's the same bundle as before, but this time i look through the switches at the store itself and search for the correct serial numbers.
There were a lot of "XAJ40034" consoles but also some "XAJ40055" which i get in my first try. At the new one RCMSmash works smooths and shows my Console Keys.

That Switch you bought probably came with firmware 1.0.0 lol

Edit: if it does have 1.0.0 on it, DO NOT UPDATE IT because 1.0.0 might get coldboot
