We had some swag that had some USB Micro to USB C adapters at my work. Alternately you can grab yourself, off amazon, ASIN B01I0ZAJXO. You will have to break it open but it should be the same exact part.

I dont know the conversion rate off hand but a simple hot air gun will work just fine.
