I use a MediaFire Pro account. Here's a record of what's come out of my pocket to host these files.

OMG!! Dude you have some good karma coming your way. You have too. All that and you only got $20 in donations?
Geez. At least you have the appreciation and gratitude of an entire gaming community.

@mastershoes to solve your bandwidth dilemma i suggest having @Wiimpathy and @Tetsuo Shima create mediafire accounts too and then wiimpathy could upload say atari and amiga covers and tetsuo could upload dos and other covers. that would take some of the burden off of your bandwidth.
It is what it is.

I've already created a free account recently to put homebrews stuff and some covers. I'm already at 2g out of 10. And I'm not here to complain but I never received 1 penny either for the shit I've released. Well it's for fun and learning... But I think it should be the 'community' that should help and give 1 dollar or 2. But it's like mastershoes said there are good and rare generous persons like him and the others...
I don't blame anyone, some people don't have money and everyone is looking for 'free stuff' here.

Yes, all the covers I posted in this thread are uploaded to gbatemp. I don't know if there's a memory limit though, there are several Gigabytes of covers to upload

I realize that Wii can’t support PS3, Vita, and 360 but I have those covers if anyone would like me to upload them. For the life of me I cannot find PSP covers anywhere. It also appears to be impossible to find Wonderswan and Wonderswan Color artwork.

BUMP* Anyone? i know 100's of people got their BOX art to show up for all the emulators within Genplus-GX someone's got to be nice enough to share the method to get my BOX art to display. Again, all the names of the roms, match up with the names of the .png box art. still don't show, when i hover over a cartridge. I even tried it on a SD card and still the same result. I'm running genplus-GX off USB powered drive by the way.

The names of the box art have to match the rom names EXACTLY!! even stuff in () needs to be same. ALSO, they must be in a folder within the snaps folder. i.e.... Mega Drive snaps should be in a folder named "md" inside the snaps folder, Game Gear covers go in a folder named "gg" and sega cd covers go in a folder named "cd" and so on.

If you believe you have the correct format, than it could be the USB. I run everything off an SD Card because i know people that have had problems with reading from USB. If using USB Loader GX, move eberything to SD Card and make USB Loader GX read from SD instead of USB in the settings.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Thanks for responding but i already mention, that i tried to get the box art to show up off SD card, in addition to USB with the same result.

I also understood that each .png file has to match, exactly with the rom name as i mentioned in my previous post.

I also understood that each console has its own folder and each console has its own folder, which its pictures are stored in the "snaps" folder. In this case, "md' is where the pictures for the sega genesis would go and the roms folder, "md" is where the sega genesis roms would go.

I don't understand why you even mentioned, USB Loader GX. Its a totally separate and different wii app, than Genplus-gx. It has zero to do with what i'm asking assistance about, which is Genplsu-gx.

Anyhow, i uploaded a picture of my setup via SD card ( i also have the same setup via USB but i'm showing the example of the SD card ) notice the picture on the right, i actually place the .png picture of 3 Ninjas Kick Back (USA).png in the same directory as my rom files and as you can see.

its literally below the actual Sega genesis rom, 3 Ninjas Kick Back (USA).md with the SAME FILE NAME. Yet its not displaying, when i hover over the rom within genplus-gx

Your "sega-genesis" folder?? it should be named "genplus". inside that folder you should have a "roms" folder, inside that a "Mega Drive" folder that your roms are in. It could be because the snaps folder is not redirecting to the appropiate folder because they are named/setup wrong.

This response is the type of response i needed, very detailed and specific to my issue. Thanks friend.

well, in regards to my "sega-genesis" folder, if you look at the pic i uploaded again, you'd notice that its "inside" of the roms folder, which is inside the genplus folder at the root of my Sd card. I didn't think the actual folder, where the roms reside needed to be named anything specific. I'll change it...

Emulator looks good. If its not your folder setup, maybe faulty USB.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

and the reason I asked about USB Loader GX is because a lot of people use it to install emulators from the emuNAND inside USB Loader GX and was thinking it might have been your problem. Next time someone tries to help, dont be an ass hat.

Its not a drive issue and i say that because its the same issue on my SD card and my USB drive and as i posted, the example above is my SD card.

I have several emulators install on the same USB powered drive and on my SD card and they both function properly. So it seems to be an issue with genplus-gx itself.
