Hacking Wii doesn't stay open on any channels for a minute. Nintendo broke it?

I have been tirelessly trying to figure this out for the past 2 years, but I feel like I'm at a dead end. This problem all started in 2010 when my first Wii's CD drive stropped working and wouldn't receive or read discs. At the time, my Wii was homebrewed, but I only used it to use in-game cheat codes for Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Animal Crossing: City Folk. There is no doubt that my CD drive failing was a physical issue not related to the Homebrew Channel. I deleted the Homebrew Channel before sending it to Nintendo to get it repaired. I received a call from a Nintendo representative who told me that they can not do anything to help me because my Wii had the Homebrew Channel on it and they can not help me because it was probably due to this software that my CD drive didn't work. I believe they asked me if I wanted the Wii thrown away or sent back to me. I asked for it to be shipped back to me. Upon booting the Wii again, I noticed that many of the channels did not function properly. Channels crashed after some time and showed this infamous error message: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/PuI8V5tMcxg/maxresdefault.jpg I was convinced that whoever was working on my Wii saw the Homebrew Channel and decided to make my console less usable than it already was. I purchased another Wii as a result.

I can not launch channels on my Wii for an extended amount of time. The Mii Channel stays open for 10 seconds before I get an error message. I tried to run games from an external hard drive with USBLoaderGX, but I get an error when the game boots. The method I tried for this old Wii works on my newer Wii that was only recently homebrewed. I have to pull the power cable out of the Wii to shut it off each time because holding the power button does nothing. All I want now is to transfer my Wii data to a Wii U that I currently have. I have the latest Wii update, but I am not able to run the Wii Shop Channel. Thankfully, I was able to install a wad for the Wii U Transfer Tool Channel via IOS250 on the WAD Manager, but when I try to run the channel on my old Wii I get an error message which makes using this channel impossible.

What do I need to do in order to allow my Wii to keep channels open long enough to transfer information to the Wii U? Getting my Wii to not crash every game that USBLoaderGX boots would also be helpful. I am willing to provide any additional information you need of me.

Maybe if you had some patience and provided some more information on the countless threads that you spammed, you would have been able to get help sooner. Have you tried cleaning the disc tray?

Does homebrew crash?
If not you could use Savegame Manager GX to transfer your saves and Miis.

Also, can your Wii run BootMii as boot2?
You can generate a completely clean NAND with ohneschwanzenegger and flash it using BootMii, but doing so with BootMii as IOS is considered unsafe since you won't have brick protection.

Have you tried cleaning the disc tray?
The disc tray is completely unresponsive. The blue light doesn't even turn on or react when a CD is inserted into it.

Homebrew works flawlessly. Savegame Manager GX is something I haven't heard about yet. Does it transfer these files to another Wii or to the Wii U in question? Are games that are normally not transferable by SD card (Super Smash Bros. Brawl) copied over? Is transferring this information to Dolphin a possibility?

If I can't run boot2 I would risk running it with BootMii because at this point, if I can't get the Wii to play games or salvage the games onto the Wii U before March 2019 this Wii is useless and deserves to be bricked and discarded.

All save data is transferable with Savegame Manager GX. The files are stored decrypted, I think it's a simple copy paste to the right folder to use them in Dolphin.
You just have to run it on the source Wii and use the option that backs up everything, run it again on the target Wii (U) and restore everything.
If you have purchased Shop Channel titles I can't think of a good way to transfer those but you can always download WAD files.

Do I have to transfer the files to the Wii U before I can transfer the saves to Dolphin? Will the Wii U need to be hacked in some way to use the saves?
What are the requirements for boot2 again? I remember it was some very specific window of White Wiis or something. Is it possible with a 4.3U Wii?
Can I get a link for running Savegame Manager GX?

The files should be transferrable to Dolphin as-is.

It's possible with any Wii as long as it's old enough, but the easiest way to check is to run the HackMii installer and it will tell you.

Very late response, but I finally got around to this and when I clicked on that link it automatically downloaded a ZIP file named "HBC_SetUp_R127.zip" but then there was a download icon that I clicked on that then downloaded a zip file named "Wii_Official_Channel_(17blocks_forwarder_rev09_SMGX).zip". The second zip file contains a WAD file and a readme inside. Is it essential to use in order for SaveGame Manager GX to work? Do I add it to my SD card after I use the first zip file? Any video tutorials out there?

Edit: When I included the "HBV_SetUp_R127.zip" file into my SD card the Wii was unable to read any of the files on my SD card for anything. Once I removed it from the SD card it solved the problem.

Upon trying to add the WAD file found in "Wii_Official_Channel_(17blocks_forwarder_rev09_SMGX).zip" Multi Mod Manager was unable to add it to my Wii, but it shows that it is in a folder within my apps folder. Any idea what's going on?

Forwarder channels simply load the corresponding homebrew from the apps folder, all you really need is the apps/... folder with boot.dol etc in it which you load with HBC.

@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
