I really want to know. If they do can they remove their own warns?

I think that in order to become staff, you need to have 0 warning

Staff members do not have warning levels, but past warns are still kept track of and would appear again if you're made a normal user. Realistically this does not happen though as most staff members are moved to the Former Staff member group and/or don't have warns.

Former staff are technically the same rank as they were when they were a staff member. Some of them even still have access to the Admin panel.
