I mean, in one piece, magellan's poison is purple
In pokemon, most poison pokemon are purple
Also in pokemon, poison attacks are purple, and when your pokemon get poisonned, it get surrounded by purple bubbles
In mario series, poisom shroom are purple
Everywhere in anime and video games ive seen and played, poison is purple

But actually, in real life, snake and spiders poison is transparent
Toxic shroom arent all purple

So... why is it qualified as being purple everywhere?

Very interesting question. I'd suggest it's to do with what other colours represent. Red and orange represent heat and fire, blue represents water and purity, green represents nature and purity and so on. So other colours were already representing something else and somewhere in the history of art purple got an association with poison. This is my guess based on five minutes of reflection.
