Hacking my 3ds wont turn on, blue light flashes

Does it flash or fades out? If it flashes, there is a hardware problem (the most common one is disconnected, torn ribbon cables). So, make sure that top LCD, speaker and camera ribbon cables are securely connected. Also, try turning it on without camera.
But because you are not reporting any sound, it might be torn speaker cable.
Just test the ribbon cables.

Will be deleting post, turns out the memory card was using was faulty
