hey gbatemp!
I wanted to ask about the steps required to update to 3.65 enso while on 3.60 enso with a psvsd installed on a 3g 1000 vita.
I won't ask for someone to just explain everything to me without doing some reading on my own so If i can just ask about the steps that I need help with/ need some more clarification on?
Everything is taken from the steps on (new user so i can't link) vita.hacks.guide/updating-to-3.65-(henkaku) and it's following pages
So first I want to know if I'm understanding the process correctly.
1. unlink the current memory card/psvsd on henkaku 3.60 and uninstall enso,
then with an official mem card (for 1000 users) update to official firmware 3.65 through dns shenanigians like the old henkaku method.
2.After henkaku compatible 3.65 is installed, use h-encore to install henkaku on the current 3.65, regain access to vitashell, and then install enso.
and that's it?
So theres a bunch of things i want to ask (mostly regarding psvsd, there's not too much around from what i found for people with psvsd with this update)
1. after getting h-encore to install henkaku on 3.65 and getting enso installed, what to do with the psvsd from there? in section 2 here vita.hacks.guide/updating-to-3.65-(henkaku) at disabling plugins, do i need to uninstall usbmc then reinstall it after 3.65 enso or will the vita recognize the psvsd mem card?
2. to add to that, the only plugin i have is nonpdrm, so that is something i need to redo after updating?
and the only other two programs i have installed are adrenaline and maidump, would those transfer over or do they need to be reinstalled?
again, I'm just confused as to what happens to all the games/files stored on the psvsd after updating.
3. also in regards to the disabling plugins section,
theres a thread on gbatemp here gbatemp.net/threads/anyone-with-a-psvsd-update-to-3-65-yet.499161/#post-7884166
that says "Other than those adjustments, the guide is good. Just update VitaShell and your plugins, remove the plugins from config.txt (the actual plugin files can stay), remove Ensō, unlink the memory card if needed, reinstall MolecularShell and VitaShell again (this time to the memory card), run the update, re-enable your plugins, profit!"
they're saying theres no need to delete the skprx/suprx files? just change the config.txt?
4. what is storagemgr? here vita.hacks.guide/storagemgr
it seems to be an alternative to usbmc? do i uninstall usbmc after the update and use storagemgr instead to gain access to the psvsd again?
other questions:
5. in the first two sections here vita.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup
are they really needed if the only plugin I'm going to be using is nonpdrm? can i just install it like i did before?
6.in section 3 for uninstalling enso, i think i've deleted the enso bubble, any help with how to uninstall it?
any other additional help/insight would be amazing,
sorry for the long post and thanks!

3. also in regards to the disabling plugins section,
- Edit the file ur0:tai/config.txt and remove the lines corresponding to any plugin files you have installed to ur0:tai/
- Delete any .skprx or .suprx plugin files you have installed from ur0:tai/
