Homebrew Proposal for a freeShop successor after Ninty's screwing

We could have an application that downloads games not from Nintendo's servers but a fan-maintained ROM site. Not much would change, but Nintendo wouldn't be able to detect or block us from doing this. It would also open new possibilities, like downloading pre-patched ROM hacks from the comfort of your console. It could also have a separate homebrew section.
If someone does make something like this, I'd be happy to help with the UI design and graphics.

And it's domain and files must be hosted on china and/or russia, since many other countries care and will apply the removal of such files when/if nintendo request to.

Who is a pirate is losing even more space recently (and not only on game area: just check TorrentFreak' site to see about what companies are doing against piracy on their respective areas).

Yeah… no.
There's no aplication until freeShop, CIAngel, or someother find a way to bypass this. You only can download with the app client, no the Sleep Download mode, because it's the most unsafe method now.
The only other way is downloading from that iso site or scanning with FBI from Villain3DS or that key site.
As far as I know, you can't even use tikShop safely anymore.

I know I'm glossing over some of the finer points of how 3ds banning works, but:
Instead of hosting illegal content on a server, it would be a better idea to make a VPS that acts as a proxy that modifies identifying packets, obfuscating outgoing console id data and serving it back to the 3ds. Even if nintendo threw a shit fit and issued a ban to that console they would have received a fake one anyway, and we could have it generate a new console id for each request.

but ninty now sign the "packages" tied to your account and your downloads. So it's impossible if you, say, got a CIA from their servers, and the keys generated vary.

The issue is that the server will most likely refuse altogether to make downloads available without the new data

There won't likely a way to bypass this (unless Nintendo manages to screw up a server update too), and Villain3DS will also break since it works in the same way as freeShop and CIAngel

freeShop still works just fine, and you won't get banned unless you attempt to use the sleep downlpad feature.
The moment freeShop breaks, all CDN requests via regular HTTP will break. This includes PC clients

That was pretty much everyone's idea, the issue is that there would be a lot of legal problems in with hosting illegal CIAs of games, especially when making them so much accessible

The server would just check for a "ticket certificate" (let's call it like that) to authorize the instalation. We bypass the checking like FBI does. I'm not saying that Sleep Mode downloads are prone to be back (at least until anyone finds a true way to break this), but maybe we could made it more efficient to minimize the banning risk.
I don't know, it sounds more "easy" than taking all the progress freeShop and CIAngel means to the trash and "find a new way" with silly websites like everyone talks about. At least the future downloading games homebrew could take some of the things from freeShop or CIAngel to make it happen in less time.

If it were as simple as you make it out to be, then there would instantly be piracy in pretty much every console with download capabilities. It's just not possible to bypass it

That's the whole point, that the tickets are console specific and can't be forged
