Homebrew [Noob Question] How to run Homebrew Launcher after update to 11.8?

Yup! Noob, noob here.
I just bought a second hand New 3DS with CFW and didn't know all about the rich CFW activity going on in this community.
So, when Nintendo said there was an update, I was lead to the slaughter and updated like a dumbass.

I resolved the Luna booting problem, thanks to this community.
However, I can't launch the Homebrew Launcher. I've tried several methods already, which are designed for 11.7 and below.

Please help me resolve this Nintendo blue balls I got, bros. Thanks!

Would you mind expounding on this?
Tried to launch Homebrew via browser and music player, to no avail.
I don't have the games (Zelda, Pokemon,etc) installed to launch.
