Going online in Lakka doesn't contact Nintendo's servers at all, which means you should be fine. It's completely separate from the Switch's main OS.
Can I use Xecuter pro to run this? instead of having my pc on and putting foil on controller slot?

You can use whatever you want as long as your console enters RCM, be it a jig or foil. You will need to plug your switch into your PC as I don't know of any alternatives.

thanks <3 by the way has anybody been banned specifically for using this?
I haven't seen anyone get banned for using Lakka specifically yet, but you should always be prepared for it when you hack your switch anyway.

So if i connect to mybluetooth headphones or speakers it'll work? I have both C:
Perfect! There's a section in the FAQ that tells you how to pair your devices to it, though I never got around to actually trying it myself.

Here's the section:
  1. Make sure that Audio driver is set to pulse and Audio and Audio sync are enabled
  2. Enable Bluetooth in Services
  3. Pair your headset using SSH : (use Putty on Windows, credentials are root and root)
    1. bluetoothctl
    2. agent on
    3. scan on
    4. Wait for your headset to show up and see its MAC address
    5. pair XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX, put the correct MAC address (protip : use tab-completion)
    6. trust XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
    7. connect XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
  4. If the audio is choppy, make sure to update the boot/tegra210-nintendo-switch.dtb file on your SD card (take the one from the latest update archive)
  5. After a reboot, it should autoconnect to your device if it’s available and still paired

There's probably a more detailed guide for doing this, but it's all I could find.
