Hey @valentinvanelslande, is bringing back control over the CPU Ticks in your builds out of the question?
I was just testing Sickc's latest build a bit, and thanks to that, I can get smoother performance on certain games like Pokémon Omega Ruby or DB Heroes Ultimate Mission.
Would you consider reimplementing it in like, an "Experimental" or an "Advanced" tab inside Emulation - Configure?

That's What the "taken2009's_FMV-hack" is in graphics menu, So you can use the slider bar to alter the "CPU Ticks" yourself.

Are disable for normal while playing the game.

Maybe it could be renamed ?, "FMV-CPU-Ticks-Hack" what anyone think are some think else?..

I don't think you understood what I meant. I suggest you to re-read my post. The option isn't in Valentin's builds.

Welp, now that's just sad. Thanks for answering anyway.

Yes get what you mean, he could add it, just think he thinks you mean a static option rather then DIY option to enable are disable.

@valentinvanelslande

Many I ask how you got the cheat search to compile under mingw.. link to your source ?, thanks.
-------
Edit, You'res
https://github.com/valentinvanelslande/citra/blob/master-alt/src/citra_qt/cheatsearch.cpp
Original
https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/...sModule#diff-3da997906f00791111ea0e7386b9409c
O so you take out the T resultTemp = Memory::Read<T>(i); to T result = Read<T>(i); est
-----------------------
EDIT: Figured it out from your source code, now latest master would compile in mingw.

I seen some vids floating around with xenoblade chronicles booting up. Which builds will work for that game, as I'd love to try it out with the upped internal resolution.

dumb question,what's the difference between Mingw and msvc?
Not a dumb question, but pretty dumb to ask in the thread because with a simple Google search I found an official answer from one of the devs:

"simple explanation: mingw is faster than msvc so use that one. it is what bleeding edge and """unofficial""" builds are compiled with"

just use dolhpin (gamecube/wii emulator), same game, better graphics, less demanding.

some videos were 2 years and a year ago. I think drwhojan's build months ago have n3DS support.
As warweeny said, use Dolphin Emulator and play Xenoblade Chronicles there. It's better playing the Wii Version than the 3DS.

Hi to all this is my first time here. I just want to ask if there is a solution to this small blocky tiles all over yout character screen in monster hunter xx? Everything looks fine when you are in bright areas but in other areas like inside town or your home its too obvious then it gets worst in extremely dark areas like inside caves and its really hard to ignore. Any build that is better or settings maybe? I am using the latest nightly citra build as of today. Any advice is much appreciated.

It's only possible if you have a beast. Decent computers can still run the game fine but can't run it to 4K. Mine is limited to 5x in other games like Smash Bros and Pokemon. Got solid 60(or 30 in Pokemon) to those games(except for other stages in Smash)

Its hard to explain actually because i cant upload the image but i can actually play it smoothly at 10x native its just that the background has those rain like small tiles. And even if i change it to lowest setting the quality changes but those silhouette
small blocks is still there. Is there anyway i can upload the image because when i try it says i cant because i'm new

I think posting more is the only way. Cant post any links. You said earlier that its actually possible to play mh xx on max setting with crystal clear graphics? Even the ui it wont be pix elated anymore?
UI will stay the same until xbrz filter is added to the Official Build.

If you don't know what is xbrz filter. Here's a comparison
