It's not hard. You crush some grapes, put them into a glass, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for a few days. I've done it more times than I care to remember. I used to sometimes buy cherry juice, add a few sultanas to it (there's yeast on the skin) and stir. That stuff was the shit.

I dont want to touch to alcohol
I take lot of meds and too much alcohol can be fatal to me

Uncles were telling me "try! come on try!, just a bit, it wont kill you"
I told them "Sure, it wont kill me. but what im afraid of is "What if I like it?""

I have distilled things before and done beer/ale. Never bothered to do wine of any form, though plenty I know have.

As for your method then while naturally present yeasts can work it is far better to do it in a more controlled manner, especially if you want the results and would rather not waste things.

I prefer to use wild yeast and bacteria when fermenting things. It's my method of choice. But, reliability, as you mentioned is one limitation of this method. Speed and consistency are the two other major limitations.

I honestly would make my own with the appropriate equipment.
You most likely already have it. I made my first batch of wine with a potato masher, baking dish and glass jar. If you're talking about a more modern method using specialised equipment then you need to either pay up or find a different hobby.

I mean I could, but I'm not fan of something that could potentially make me go retarded and blind with the odds.

You're thinking about distilled alcohol here. If you fuck that up you risk permanent injury or death from methanol poisoning.

Never on purpose. Just a forgotten bottle of juice in the backseat every once in awhile
the only juice I drink is Oasis pure breakfast, which is 100% real orange juice :)
I sometime forget a bottle in my bureau for a while. and it did turned into alcool :)
