Did you installed "DSImenu++launcher"?? If you didn't, then go to the robz8 page and download and install either the .cia or .3dsx version. Then you'll be able to launch (you have to install 3 cias, not only 2. The 2 cias that came with the pack plus the DSIMenu++ launcher which can be downloaded from the robz8's quoted link from github)
Ok got it working, it is way way faster then TWLoader, menu is way better, and cleaner, TWLoader is like a really bad bad version compared to this, every game works better then before.

Nice. Btw, UI is way faster than TWLoader. Games improvements are because of bootstrap, not because of DM++

DSIMenu++ runs like a charm! UI is more slick and less complex too. I've got two questions about it.

1. Is there a way to play installed DSIware (from eShop) on this? I have Photo Dojo installed on my 3DS.

2. Can I screen record in DS/DSi mode? I'm wanting to manually replicate a particle effect from Photo Dojo, because I have zero knowledge on how to browse the ROM data, so I want to re-create it from direct footage. (Unless somebody could teach me how to browse the ROM to find said particle effect, which would be a huge help.)

Nope. You can only do this on DSi.

Nope, you can't capture the screen in DS/DSi mode.

Is there a way to browse DSiWare rom data on 3DS, or not really? (Sorry if this is an unrelated topic, just wanted to know)

You mean like decompile a .nds rom into its individual decrypted files?
There's a Windows add-on that allows seeing property details for games.
As for rom editing, that's another rabbit hole...

I downloaded a Photo Dojo (EUR, AUS) Nds file. Won't open on DSIMenu++. Why?
Also thanks TurdPooCharger for the Rom Editing advice. I tried editing it with Tinke and inside the nds it has .szs files. Not sure how to edit them.
