ROM Hack How do you edit the shiny odds in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon?

I'm using the Citra emulator, and i would like to edit the shiny odds to make them a little higher. I'd like to specifically edit Pokemon Sun, while my friend would like to edit Pokemon Moon. We used HxD to remove the Shiny Lock, following the steps shown in the video below. In the video he/she says that he/she increased the shiny odds to around 50% for demonstration purposes, and i'm wondering how you do that. Any help is appreciated.

You can change the odds in pk3ds, it should be in the same menu as removing shiny locks iirc

Is there any way to do that from the Hex code? We'd rather play on the Citra emulator than on a console, and pk3ds edits ROMs only when they're extracted, which you need a clean ROM to do. Citra, meanwhile, only plays decrypted/dumped ROMs.

Unpack the .cxi and then repack it.

I'm not sure. I personally haven't used Citra, but it should load it.
