I'm a pirate.
Not the type of pirate that searches for buried treasure and rides a boat, but the type you'd expect to see here: one that downloads ROMs, ISOs, MP3s, and MP4s for free because the albums/discs/cartridges are somewhat hard to come by (or I don't feel like going to Walmart or GameStop). I always plan on getting those games, movies, or albums (maybe not the albums) legitimately, but I never do.
I also download APKs onto my Kindle Fire. I have the Google Play Store and Lucky Patcher on it, and that's just the beginning.
One of the games I downloaded legitimately was Super Mario Run, but since I don't have a credit card or PayPal account (I'm only a teenager), I can only access the first four levels (not a lot of Nintendo points, eh?).
However, I don't quit. I searched for a way to get in-app purchases for free, and did you see Lucky Patcher up there in the title and the third paragraph? That's when I found it.
So I downloaded it and followed a guide to use it. It worked, so I uninstalled the original app and installed the patched one, and...

Super Mario Run crashed.
I hoped this would be the way to decently use the even newer Android port of Sonic 2 without ads but with multiplayer, but no.
I looked it up to see if anybody else had this problem, and they told me to remove the ODEX file. (huh?)
I followed their instructions, but it didn't give me the option. What was going on?
I assumed the problem was the fact that my device wasn't rooted. I looked up how to root a Kindle Fire 5th gen with firmware 5.6.1.0, but apparently, you can't root this dastardly combination. So, if anyone knows my problem and how to fix it without rooting my device, there is one word left to say.

HELP!

Its not worth your time, you should be able to get a debit cart as a teenager which can be used online

I've tried cracking android games in the past, huge pain.

Lucky Patcher works really well with games that have no online interactivity; single player games (CYOA in particular) work very well. Games that constantly connect and recall server information don't seem to work well with it.

he said he does not have root
i have a 5th gen fire with root custom ROM, and xposed installed and the lucky patcher xposed module
so is there much of a difference between the lucky patcher for non rooted and the one for rooted?

also my luck has not been so good with lucky patcher
i managed to patch a couple apps but most do not work
especially utilities like streaming apps and plex

I'm aware. I was saying LP likely won't be the answer for his particular issue. Lucky Patcher only functions properly with root. Non-Root LP is limited to basic pattern patching and backups, I think. I haven't tried on a Non-Rooted device in quite a while.

Truth be told, I don't think there is a way to "pirate" Super Mario Run well.

Darn it.

Well, I guess I'll just have to resort to the millions of infinite runners and Mario clones on the Play Store and Amazon App Store until there's a better way to hack. Lep's World, here I (regrettably) come.

Lucky patched needs root to patch practically everything. If you have a rooted phone, you can't play SMR in the first place, well Atleast not with hiding your root .the problem with that is, the servers still seem to find it. Your only options are play without rooted phone, no free in-app purchases or pay for the items with real money. Unless of course you know someone who works on the game .(pretty implausible)

please don't necrobump threads if you don't have anything specific to add to the topic

but for the record, yeah you can use lucky patcher on a non rooted phone, I assume not all functions will work perfectly, but in my experiance its good enough to do most things I have needed such as stripping BS ads etc out
