ROM Hack Question It is a save editor for binding of isaac or rayman legends?

binding of isaac have a lot of things to edit, I take a lot of hours to unlock characters from the ps4 edition and it is hard on switch, or either for rayman to get the lums.

Isaac's save format is just the same for every platform. Just grab a PC save and inject it into the switch save. Make sure to match the filenames!
