Questions:
If remove the dongle, jig and boot in ofw mode in last Fw. Then if i put a cartridge of splatoon 2
- Could i play online without being banned ? Someone tested it yet ?
- Do i have / is it better to remove the micro SD card ? Or uninstall SX software ?

- Delete relevant files (aka this uninstalls SX Software) - and then make sure you aren't doing Auto-RCM.

They could just be reverse hashing the kernel you signed in using like Xbox Live does on the 360. As soon as you log in, a challenge is issued and the console sends its kernel to be checked in response, and if it’s not matching the expected hash, ban issued to the console fingerprint.

While this may sound safe on paper, it is clear that the Switch has the ability to log information and retain it after being turned off. For example, the fact that you have used the TX CFW may have already been saved onto the console and can be transmitted the next time you go online. So it is safe to assume that you may be banned in the future for just having run it even though no users have currently reported such a ban.

Right now, we can't say what exactly causes a ban. Even if you only play online in OFW, there's still a risk that Nintendo can detect that you were using CFW before. I also don't think removing the micro sd card will help, as information from using Homebrew or CFW may be stored in the switch's internal memory. Therefore, the safest thing you can do right now is to not go online with your console until we know more about what can causes a ban.

@MRDOCA Thank you for the information. I'm thinking about making a Google doc tomorrow if no one else decides to make and share one. Although it seems like you may have been banned for using LayeredFS offline, can you also answer whether or not you used AutoRCM in any capacity? Just want to cover all of my bases. Users should also report going forward if they used AutoRCM or not as @TheLastOfUs may have been banned either due to AutoRCM or running SX OS.

my console has been banned but my account still work , But!! i cant unlink Nintendo account!! Error code : 2181-4008 maybe my console cut off everything from Nintendo server.

SX OS v1.1 allows users to properly inject certificates/headers into their dumps to use them online. However, this may cause you to get banned so use at your own discretion.

I don't think the issue is using backups online. I think the issue is using SX OS online period. But again, I'm the only one so far who used it strictly offline = banned. So not sure how they "Got to me"

Right now you can only pirate physical game release no eshop exclusives that’s why. For the rest, “figure out” a way to play backup undectable by Nintendo. Anyway to each their own

I did play online with my cart in the cfw ie splatoon 2 today as well as earlier in the week.

And my switch is in auto rcm mode

I’m unsure what the technical reasons are unfortunately, but team xecuter is working on it apparently. Also I haven’t seen many eshop dump around either. There is only one eshop dump from team BBB that I’m aware of at this stage..

i see where you're coming from, but this is their livelihood. You being poor has nothing to do with anything and it doesnt justify pirating and stealing their work. You cant buy games, that sucks. I'm in the same boat too. But at some point, i will buy the games i pirate. Most of the games i own on steam are games i've pirated at some point. You gotta support the devs so they can continuously deliver us their works of art.

I already bought some games i pirated like hat n time. but still.
