Technically it's not great going Nintendo if one can still go over the Eshop and download games unless you were kidding about custom explicit pics as your Id. You can still do everything on your Switch but go online in multiplayer, that's basically a win for hackers cause that 20 dollar pay wall they are selling, isn't worth anything but having Switch owners on a leash and I love Nintendo.

Plus in today's world, kids watch and play so much blood, guts, gore type games with nude in em, I doubt they would care, Nintendo cares cause Nintendo but if you watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012 series, kids watch it and there's killing, slicing and dicing and my favorite was Shredders death at the end of season 4. Star Wars cartoons, same thing.

Didn't you also release (and since remove) a Nintendo Content Distribution Network (CDN) program ?, it's more likely your banned for using that.

In fact i didn't even download any cdn stuff, just tested exhop with demos

but you did enter you console's cert ?, if so again that's what I would say got you banned.

Huh, that was quicker than I expected. I'm a bit surprised that Nintendo didn't bother to program any sanity checks. Better to be safe than sorry, right?

That's not how the Switch eshop system works. Since you can't just download anything except what you own or is free.

Exhop lets you download whatever titles are on the eShop. However, you cannot play any of those titles without the system trying to verify you purchased them.

Yes, you can still update your games and your system after being banned but who knows for how much longer.
