Sure ,, heres the official info :Care to link the source as well?
I know I'm spoiled by past ninty consoles, but I just can't imagine paying to play smash online.
Its my first pull :-) ,, i should titled the pull as , would you pay for online NOW ???In the survey, the option "Not sure yet" is missing. That's how I would answer it myself. I haven't played any switch games online for a long time, because I'm more interested in offline games. But with the release of Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu or Super Smash Bros, maybe I'll pay for the online service. But as I said, I'm not sure yet.
You can edit the poll...Its my first pull :-) ,, i should titled the pull as , would you pay for online NOW ???
maybe in the future they willl include titles only available for online playing , but also ; now with the risk of beeing Ban the online its going to be harder to sell .
A wife that plays Switch and online ,,, you so Lucky !!!!My wife and I both play Splatoon and I just ordered Mario Tennis, so we are going to have to spring for the family pack, I suppose.

Totally True !!I don't pay for PS+ or Xbox Live and I wouldn't have paid for this either. I don't like online multiplayer, which is why Nintendo are always my favourite consoles as they have the best local multiplayer.
I've never paid for online on any other system, I'm not gonna start now (er.. in September either) I just don't see any value in playing online with a bunch of annoying, foul mouthed kids a third of my age.
fortnite supports voice chat without the need of a phoneyou have to have a 2 way headset connected to both switch and phone to even have voice chat
If you can't afford $20 a year, wow...
Nintendo is a gaming only company though. Microsoft and Sony have other product lines. You're completely missing the point, it's not about the amount of money or whether people can afford it, they shouldn't be charging at all. I refuse to pay at all for *any* online multiplayer. I don't pay for it on PC, I'm sure as hell not going to pay for something which will be an inferior service.
I hate this bullshit where people apologise for multi-billion dollar companies. How about if they charge you a dollar every time you open the settings menu? Are you gonna care, after all it's only a dollar? Or what if they want to charge you $0.10 every time you load a game?
