I have a lot of respect for SciresM and his work. But I hate the fact that this scene became a big shithole over the past few years. Everyone transformed into an ethical hacker, teasing their stuff, never releasing something to the public, being anti-piracy, while blowing against such groups as team xecuter, who are actually delivering something that is working. All ethical hackers can go fuck themeselves, I'll rather give my money to team xecuter for their persistant contribution to the console hacking scene for decades. They deserve every single penny they're getting.

I don't think this has to do with being ethical. Could be bias or possibly the fact that Xecuter are being somewhat elusive in their product details. Go ahead and buy it though, no one is knocking you for that. Please report back to us on what "features" it actually has though once you have it because I like to know every detail about the product I'm buying before giving a company money. That's just me though.

I did say that $30-35 would be a good price, similar in price to a DSTWO, since the hardware is likely very similar, and I was spot on.
At that price, I think they're going to sell very well if they beat the homebrew devs to releasing the first warez loader. I might very well get one myself at that price.

I'll likely get one due to price and convenience of a small on-the-go loader. I am a bit hesitant of their DRM and "one-time install" though. If it leaves any remnants that Nintendo can ban a console for that would be a very big misfortune. Also, no word on if they are using an emuNAND or something else with their solution too.

I'm honesly very surprised how cheap it is compared to what I first expected.

As much as I am not so fond of questionable practices, I think I'll get one of these myself.
Not that I have much to pirate anyway, I already have bought the games I wanted.

I like TX for a long time (good things ... and bad things ...) but i prefere to give $24.95 to SciresM as donation for a free to us OS/CFW

Exactly what i was thinking. He's not expecting money for working on atmosphere hes doing it for the community. And if ppl do want game loaders then they can work on that themselves. he doesnt have to follow unethical code either. So ppl stop complaining and appreciate the work being done.

They havent really gone as far into explaining this bc they just want to maximize their profit

I'm getting the feeling that once you install their OS they own your switch. Meaning firmware might have a timebomb which requires you to renew the license.
