NEWS: Networking tutorial added.
There's a new guide in the main post for replacing your payloads on-phone.
Doesn't require the update of the fusee-framboise kernel.

I get it, that most rpi aren't hot pluggable, but if you have everything wired up when you power up the pi, does it still give you problems?
If I can get that to run on a chip or an orange pi zero it would be cool. Those you could get really small with a printed case and cost a lot less

You can drop the USB hub if you go into RCM first, and then plug in your Switch. May still cause instabilities.

Is there a reason I need to use a power bank instead of just plugging it into the city power outlet? Also, I have an RPi 3, are there any additional concerns?

Power bank is purely for portability. You could do some soldering on your RPi 3 to drop the USB Hub requirement, but no concerns.

even though I have enabled ssh in the config several times and even rebooted I can't get a ssh connection open even when running it locally to connect to local host, has anyone else had issues with this image working with ssh and or scp

Rather than looping fusee-launcher.py, it would probably be better all round to add a udev rule that just runs fusee-launcher when the Switch's RCM USB VID/PID are detected.

I’m using your image with my rpi3 and I can’t seem to get it to connect to my hotspot. Plugging it in with an Ethernet then logging into my router doesn’t show my device being connected.

Well, I’m looping fusee-launcher with the wait flag, so that waits for a tegra RCM device.

But you can already connect to a hotspot and change payloads via ftp with this image and it boots on launch?
