I recommend you purchase from the GBATemp Sponsored shop. Even if they aren't officially listed by EZ-Flash, they have great Customer Support and they've done a great job making sure your purchases are accurate before shipping. Also contact the reseller and inform them of the mistake, with the images to show them. They should fix it if they are reputable.
Edit: I just attempted to go to the site you purchased the Omega, and the site is close, which is not a good sign. If you used paypal, you might be able to contest the charge and get your money back. If Credit Card, might be able to as well, but it might be a lot harder, if not impossible.

I strongly recommend that you ask them for compensation. This will destroy our reputation.
I'll drop them from official dealer list right now.

I think that's a tad too quick. Errors can happen, from technical to human, and the only way they can destroy a reputation is if they refuse to fix a clear mistake. If they can fix it, then the only reputation they have harmed is their own. If they can't get it replaced, then hopefully they can give a refund or something to resolve it in another way.
BTW, have you looked into adding NDS-Card as a listed reseller?

Edit: You may be right. I'm using a VPN with DNS changing to check, and I got on the site connected to a German based VPN server.

Gotcha. I just updated my post, talking about using a German based VPN server to connect. I can only see the site when connected through there. Anywhere else, and it's as if the ISPs are blocking it.
Wait with deleting them, I think it is an honest mistake since I have ordered from there Dutch site and it arrived yesterday. Works perfectly and even with the right Lite case.
I'd asked them about enlisting in the dealer list, but they don't want do it for now.
It will not restore them until this incident is resolved
