Homebrew Pokemon Ultra Moon crash after freeshop update

I updated Pokemon Ultra Moon from the freeshop and it installed successfully and when i opened it it took a while to open and then when I clicked on my profile and it crashed saying

Processor: ARM11 (core 0)
Exception type: data abort
Fault status: Translation - section
Current process: momiji (00040000001B5100)

Can any one please help me?

Do you have any mods on? (turn off game patching in the luma options by holding select on boot)

Yes I have the no black outlines patch, so you are saying to turn it off? And if so, am I able to re-enable them later on? Thanks

The patch is likely not yet compatible with the update.

I would try that to see if thats your issue and if it is you might need a new version off that patch.

I had the exact same problem and turned off Game Patching through Luma and then I was able to play.
