you might not want your pirated games to mix with you legit ones so you have all your legit eshop games on the sd card and your pirated stuff on your flash card.

Well i don't really pirate anymore when i buy it i feel like i want to play the game more anyways. But having all your games on one card sounds cool.

You can use forwarders to add DS games to the home menu that launch the correct game on your flashcart so you at least have everything in one place even if they're stored on two cards.
I wouldn't want DS and 3DS games on the same SD card anyway since two smaller SD cards is cheaper than one big SD card.

Also having all games inside the 3ds without card is a nicer idea.
Do you really wants to put more then 30 games on a card that requires you to press the button to switch the game until you reach it?
Having more then 20 games on something like this is a waste of time, also downloading .3DS games from dodgy sites are a bit dangerous these days.

Oh thanks! My card is supported, and I am almost done setting this up (Getting some "Guru Meditation Error" for some games, while some just have a bottom screen stuck at white and top stuck at black.

Hello to everyone,

what i can say for now is don't buy this card! I got my card in January and it worked for two day without problems. Suddenly the flashcard could't read my micro SD card anymore. I tried SD cards from 3 different brands with the same result. In the official forum some other people had the same problem so it is a common known issue. I wrote an E-Mail to the Support of Stargate and they told me that they nothing can do for me, because i bought my card from a reseller which is not listed on the Website.
I bought the card from elewelt.de. This site was definitely in the list with the official reseller. That was the reason to order from their. But the Website is not more available since November 2017 so they deleted the entry from their Homepage.
They told me that the Support can nothing do for me because my reseller had my money, but this is a ridiculous statement in my opinion.
I wrote 6 E-Mails and now they have blocked me.
I never buy a card like this in the future. Some guys of you tryed to warn me that this card is a waste of money. But i was such an idiot and bought this card. It is waste of money.

At the moment not one Website from the Netherlands are available and i think they will delete this sites in a few days.

So i try to warn other people who thinking about to buy this card.

DON'T BUY THIS CARD! SAVE YOUR MONEY

I have five Stargate 3DS flashcarts and they all still work for me, I got them all last year. Not sure what to tell you here other than sorry that you had to deal with that.

but five? why? do you have CFW on the 3DS and the card works well on that 3DS?

and again, why 5 stargate cards? wouldn't be better if you bought sky3DS+?

AFAIK, stargate has some problems with CFW, DS loader doesn't work good, and some 3DS game also wont run.

Excuse me. Why would anyone still buy 3DS flashcart when 3DS firmware exists, and works flawlessly? I bought one back in 2014 but now I'm using a CFW and it's much much better.

Personally I am asking the same question.
I am shocked people can look at this and be like, "Yeah, I am willing to give the Gateway team a second chance." They delayed the hell out of this cart, then released it as a buggy mess. They literally only had one update and that was the first released update for the cart, which didn't even include fixing nds mode in CFW. Thus far it seems like they are just making small posts to indicate life, but they aren't going to be making any updates any time soon.
Seriously there's no reason to buy this cart over a real R4i Gold and using a free CFW.

You can stick in an SD card to play non physical games.
Oh and you can use a different flashcard just to do NTR boot with.
