In the light of Nintendo's great sales numbers it seems like activision are looking to bring their recently released Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy to the hand-held market.
According to Max Arguile, licensing manager for GB Eye "Activision is going all in on Crash with a PC and Nintendo Switch port slated for this year and a brand new instalment in 2019."

This is not the first time fan's have been hopeful for a Switch release, keymailer.co accidentally listed a Switch version a few months ago.

it doesnt piss me off, that nintendo are getting a game that was first released on sony console.

it brings us back to my whole point to why i hate nintendo, that it lacks the option to buy these games.

if nintendo were to get these games AT THE SAME TIME, then it would give me the option to buy SAID GAME for nintendo console because it has nothing to play whereas i have shit loads for my PS/XBX..... fanboys refuse to accept that point.

problem here is again its an old port, i own the game already BUT if all three came out at the same time, then i probably would ignore it being inferior as its priced the same and i would buy it for the switch, so i had something to play.

i own all consoles, the switch is getting old ports of games that had already been released on other systems, thus already own the game.

what incentive is there to pay full price for an old game i already own...... not much.

then ask the question to why it is that the switch is getting all these old ports.

but to keep on topic, crash bandicoot isnt that old really, but still no intention to buy it for the switch.

Not everyone owns the other Systems. Not everyone wanted to invest in the games at that time. Not everyone has a shallow view like yours. The "fact" is that even ports are a good thing. Until you can prove how detrimental you swear it is? You really need to rethink what you're posting. The Switch is still receiving better, prominent support compared to the Wii U. What you fail to understand (not surprising btw) is that this isn't the Switch VS Xbox One VS PS4. The obvious fact is that it's not even trying to compete. It's off in its own little world and is doing just fine.

the ports on the switch are the best version of the game so they are worth it anyway mk8 deluxe is worth it because of the better battle mode and added chacters and features it also comes with all the dlc battle mode is unplayable for me in the original mk8 because you have to drive around the whole track and not miss anyone.

Nintendo's making a very smart move, actually. MK8 DX, Pokken DX, etc were all great games but no one was going to buy a Wii U just to play them. These ports are really for people who own a Switch but not a Wii U. Clearly it was a smart move since the Switch has already outsold the Wii U.

its one of those cases that you cant please him, if you dont get the game he complains, if you do he complains again becuase a portable tablet console cant run the game as well as a home console ...

yea because it makes sense to (in some cases) pay more for a title that has content striped.

if nintendo simply put money behind its cheap consoles and actually provided the hardware so it (as it is its next gen) compete if not be better than current systems, then it would have the power to run todays games at the same (if not better) than current systems.

then yea id buy games for it, but your paying the same price if not more for an inferior version.

i will wait and see how crash performs on the switch, i may consider buying again but thats only because its crash and ive had fuck all to play on the switch since completing zelda after a week the console launched, then got mario and got bored of that and completed it.

it now sits collecting dust again (which is the norm for nintendo consoles due to lacking support)

i hate that this is almost accurate. I mean, besides not having free choice of weapons, and not being able to zoom across stage, it's a fairly pinpoint representation.
