Hardware [help pls]How to go into Homebrew Launcher?

My English is pretty basic, please don't mind.

I had use the method on 3ds.guide to install book9strap and Homebrew Launcher when my 3DS is on 11.3 . My 3DS got some trouble so i
initiate it. After initializing , it lost all its app . I tried to restore SysNAND to fix it. But it did not work . Maybe the reason is the different
version(i update my 3ds to 11.6)?

I tried to Launch FBI.
I can open the Rosalina menu and after “Switch the hb. title to the current app.” , i open " Download Play application " but it keep in the
beginning . Then just could not get in FBI.

My 3ds can go into book9strap. Is there some easy way to let my 3ds go into Homebrew Launcher?

You "initiated" it? DO you mean you factory reset it? You can't restore that.

1. Turn on your 3DS. In HOME Menu, open 'Health & Safety Information'.
2. Press (L, shoulder) + (Down, D-pad) + (Select) to open 'Rosalina Menu'.
3. Go to 'Miscellaneous options...'. Choose 'Switch the hb. title to hblauncher_loader'.
4. After it says 'Operation succeeded.' , press (B) once. Go to 'Save settings'.
5. After it says 'Operation succeeded.' again. Press (B) until you exit Rosalina Menu.
6. Press (Home) button and (X) Close. Open 'Health & Safety Information' again.
7. You should now have 'the homebrew launcher, Rosalina O v2.0.0' open.

Do not put both versions of Homebrew Launcher into Health & Safety at the same time:

(1) Homebrew Launcher (CIA version) with GodMode9
and
(2) Homebrew Launcher (boot.3dsx version) with Rosalina Menu

You only need one.

You try to put two into the same app, and this will make the 3DS confused. You can remove either by:

- press (Home) button > More... > Restore H&S

You can remove the one form Rosalina Menu by:
- press (L)+(down)+(Select) at HOME Menu > Miscellaneous options... > Switch the hb. title to the current app. > Save settings


Edit - If Health & Safety isn't working for you, try injecting into a different title using Rosalina Menu: AR Games, Download Play, Mii Maker, etc.

Mine was rosalina, opened download play, hit button combo, swapped hs.app to hbll, now its perma.. thought it wasnt perma.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

fbi doesnt launch with h&s use download play
