Hacking Spoofing a Wii U from 5.5.1 > 5.5.2 and Disabling Updates

I have some info (I don't know if someone already report this, I didn't read the full topic)
I use the spoof and check the config all ok, but I run the eshop (to get lego dimensions dlcs), and somehow eshop run the update (and now browser hax died)

Why is it when I download the Wiiuspoof.rar its a corrupt file? Both the gdrive and mega links give me a corrupt file.

What do I use to download and open it with? So far everything says its corrupt.
Is there another link that works?

By private server yes, for web it still costs a little, but with haxchi, it is not necessary to use webhax, and it is advised at the moment, install haxchi

I've already got coldboot on 5.5.1. My question was centered around using webhax to boot homebrew that had potential issues from the launcher. In other words, if I have very little to gain from updating to 5.5.2 beyond convenience, I'd do so only if there was similar parity in options. Seems like it's not quite there yet, but probably will be soon enough.

If you have cbhc you can update whenever you want, and now that we have exploit again in 5.5.2, it is even more relaxing to update, I continue in 5.5.1 and I do not think it updates, it is not necessary for anything, rather than for convenience, Game update

Hey dudes, I have the console (5.5.1) with spoof; however, I made a mistake with the NNU patcher when I try to install haxchi, so I still have the upgrade pending. Now that the new exploit came out, what should I do? Something happens when you update normally after having the spoof? You can simply remove the dns and let your wiiu update to 5.5.2

It is to spoof a 5.5.1 console to 5.5.2 but the spoof is pointless as you still need to use nnu patcher to access the eshop. On 5.5.1 you can still play online ect so absolutely zero need to spoof.

doubtful. the system shouldn't update if it updates the conventional manner it should error on you. afaik, the update folder is just a temporarily folder much like the import folder for games and such. that content is then sent to its destination. I"m not sure what would happen if using a game though. a game update may not even touch the update folder. you can always recreate the folder. if you're paranoid about it. I"d suggest staying on 5.5.1 if you can. there's no real reason to update unless you want to hinder yourself.
