I found a bundle on argosUK the product code is 622/8477(cant post links or I would have linked it) its almost the same as the one MadBob got just not from zavvi and its 500GB instead of 1TB and was wondering if there is a good chance it would have <4.05 on it.

That is not the manufactured date, that number is model+HD capacity+color+ something else I don't remember. Manufactured date looks like this.
I picture would help, but if it is the bundle I think it is, it SHOULD be 3.55, but I can't confirm if sony has released new bundles with higher firmware.

i found some Console Bundles, but I am not sure if these are the right ones.
i Found:
- Mafia 3 CUH 2016B New Unboxing
- PS4 FarCry Primal Cuh 1216B New unboxing
- PS4 with Driveclub, Uncharted 4, Ratchet&Clank Cuh 2016b with Numbers P-27452395-J and S01-6248896-T, New Unboxing.
- PS4 Call of Duty: Black Ops Bundle 1TB CUH 1216b Brand New. But from UK... i think import to Germany is to expensive

It would be one of the latest PS4 slim bundles that should be <4.05. If it's new, newer openned and from old shipment. Just ask them when they've got it (tell them you don't care about the date, older is better).
If you are not sure then unopenned 1216 is an option too.
This bundle is from October 2016, so it should have a firmware version lower than 4.05.

There have been reports of this model and they all have been over 4.05
Honestly its not worth pursuing a ps4 pro with a firmware lower than 4.05, the chances are extremely small to even be lucky. Here are a couple of reasons why.
1. Only the very first batch of launch ps4 pros that came in november (datecode 6D) even had a firmware lower than 4.05 (3.70 it seems). The chances of any stores still having a launch ps4 pro that was never opened and updated are close to zero. EVEN if this is the case, there is NO INDICATION ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR PRODUCTION DATE.
2. Used launch ps4 pros are 99 percent of the time updated because even if they are used offline: Game discs after november 2016 force you to update
3. Lets say you get a ps4 pro with a firmware lower than 4.05. What use is this? Games with the ps4 pro patches require firmware over 4.05 and the boost mode (which increases perfomance) was only added in the 4.50 firmware. Its really not worth the trouble

I saw one on ebay (unopened) and the seller had bought 2 of them, they said that they were on 5.01 when opened, YMMV
Should be under 4.05 only if it explicitly says on the box that it contains the download code for Horizon Zero Dawn. Something like "HZD Coming Soon", idk. I read that there were a few bundles like that.
Else, that game came out in February 2017, and 4.06 (which patched the exploit), came out in October 2016. You do the math.
