ive tried force installing henkaku that dont install molecule so idk why it is not installing it i might have to format at this rate wich then i will jsut sell it beacuse ive had engough of this pice of pretty much crap

Just get the folder from that backup you made just like the tutorial instructed you to do.

ive just installed mlthaku right ive now got uh vita shell

but beacuse the sony memo card (the one its asking to format when plugged into) thats what i need to access but its not showing up is that cuz its wanting to format it

Did you mount the memory card in VitaShell? Press triangle and choose it.

Try mounting it in Vitashell.
If that doesn't work, I think you can just better cut your losses and start all over again.

but if i do it tells me to format

so in that case it then dont boot to my mlthaku it boots to sony card so that means i cannot run vita shell beacuse its running off the non haku card then if i put in my sony car after booting up it says want to restart i press no then it grays out option to link .... WHY WHY WHYYYY IS THIS HPPENING TO ME

If you can't find any cheap 3.60 one, you can just get an updated Vita in a really good condition and order a 3.60 or below mainboard from Aliexpress.
The mainboards go for 10 or 20 quid orso.

Put the card when vitashell is open and try it.

Luckily for you, swapping Vita mainboards is piss easy.
Couple of screws and you're already half way.
