Gaming PES 2013 , looking for online players

I know it's an old game, but i'd like to play it online since this is the only football game on the 3ds with online mode. Almost everyday i'm trying to start a match but can't find anyone.

If there is someone that has my same problem, please post your friend code here.

Do you have a gateway or other cfw? If you do then it might be an idea to get a copy of the latest japanese versions as there is more of a community.

I play with sky3ds+, maybe it's not possible to play online with an out of region game?

it is soccer in the full title of the game is Pro Evolution Soccer 2013

aaaaawwwwwww I was hoping for American football,, I'd play you guyz all the time then... I don't know,, I have never played a soccer game before on console, might be fun though

Never knew this was a thing. Though I thought WFC service for the Wii stopped a long time ago? Didn't even know PES Wii Version had online, either.
