This pretty much confirms that these are ports and not emulations. The button icons on twilight princess are updated to the Nvidia shields layout.

Texture replacement is nothing new for emulated games, especially when Nintendo can use Dolphin's source as a reference for improving their emulator since theirs is probably lacking in some areas also.

This is unclear at the moment. According to Engadget, Nvidia gave a statement saying you will be able to download and play these games. However, the website has the games listed as part of geforce now.
We can only know for sure if a person from China can test out the games and report back to us.

I wouldn't entirely deny the possibility but given the rest of the Nvidia shield exclusive games they've brought over have stuck to Nvidia hardware, I wouldn't be surprised if these remained locked to Nvidia chipsets. Probably not worth the effort when simply improving dolphin's android port would yield more satisfactory results.
