OP
I'm building my first PC soon. Being the obsessive person I am, I do too much research. I don't think I've done enough, and a second opinion would be great.
Budget: under 1250 USD
Uses: Video Editing, Gaming (1080p 144hz, 1440p, 1080p triple monitors, 1080p ultrawide (Not decided yet))
Case is kinda set, but show me a similar case and I might change it
EVGA is preferred as a GPU brand, but I can change.
Here's the build:

I was guessing you were going for a black and grey/white build? So I kinda built off of that.

Much cheaper motherboard that built off that color scheme, cheaper ram with a faster frequency and the same CAS, a gold rated power supply, an extra TB of hdd storage with the same speed.

This is all for $20 cheaper.

I suggest going with Ryzen 7 1700 instead of 5 1600 and overclocking it if you want even more performance, as it can perform almost 70% more after an overclock, minimizing the need for future upgrades. Also, why 500GB SSD? That's useless, you will almost exclusively have the OS on there, having more thing on an SSD is a waste of time, so even a 128GB will be more than enough (or if you REALLY want a big SSD then go with 256GBs) and you can instead opt for an HDD that's 2-4TBs with a high RPM and you won't ever have issues. SSDs are overrated, if you have something like a video converter installed for example on your SSD and the file you are accessing to edit is in the other drive, it will take about 15% more time compared to how long it would take if you had them both on a regular high RPM HDD. Besides that, everything looks great!
