I saw it was on the japanese eshop but, when I looked it up on the Us eshop, it was labled as retail only despite being searchable on the eshop.... can someone explain the reason behind this?
I think it really was retail only, at least in the US region, but you could download a demo of the game through eshop so that is why it has an eshop page.

Nice 3DS homebrew... :P

Was it ever available? Gamefaqs and the titlekeys site seem to disagree...

Often the demo of a game shows a little bit of the game
Like the maps and what you can get in the full version:toot:
Just like Pokemon red shows a "little" bit of Pokemon yellow :)

Yes, they intentionally have similiar content, but they're completely separate applications (with different titleids) - it's not a Vita with upgradeable titles!

I heard somewhere that the manager for the lady who sings the 2 main theme songs (at least in English) doesn't want her music sold digitally. This is why you really won't find the KH games on any digital game store like eShop or PSN. I found this out while trying to find a digital pre-order for 1.5 HD on PS3.

Not true at all. You can easily find KH soundtracks sold digitally:P

The games are sold retail only so they can have better control over the distribution and to avoid having to pay platform fees, it was the same with Birth By Sleep on the PSP. It was available on the eshop only for one day (hype reasons) and the page you can find is just left there for the demo. Demos that aren't directly linked to games (eg: pre-release demos) get their own pages rather than the actual game's one (eg: MH demos).

I have heard something similar about the licensing for Utada's music in Kingdom Hearts.
The fact that KH 1.5 + 2.5 Remix is now available on PSN makes me think they have made some headway in that regard.
Although maybe it's a S-E issue, because we have yet to see Crisis Core released digitally.

tbh, it's is quite a dam pain that they do that though, had to hunt down a copy rather than just buying it digitally, it seems minor but it still kinda pisses me off

I had been wanting this game since the day it came out, only to find out that literally ONLY 1000 were distributed in stores in the ENTIRE country here! After a lot of searching, I couldn't get myself one, then about a year ago, I just felt like going to a store here where they sell games just to see if there was anything interesting and I found a used one for 20€ and it even had all the AR cards with it, one of the quickest purchases of my life!:rofl2:

You can always just look for a CIA version of it:P
that's what I did initially but the thing is that I buy games I want, if I don't like a game using that...method, then I just delete it and never buy it, though obviously I never abused that with beating the whole thing but still

Hey, if you can't find any copies and you want to play it, no other choice but that, take it or leave it and don't complain!:P

Ha, yeah, there was a reason why the two physical copies I had sold like hot cakes.

It's an "okay" game, but sometimes I forget why the game is "good".
It's not good, it's even worse than KH2.8's special chapter:P This game has BY FAR the worst version of The World That Never Was, game's FAR too easy, hardly anything to do when you reach the end, so few superbosses it makes even 358/2 Days and BBS laugh and so on. Not a bad or terrible game, but just barely ok, slightly worse the Re:Coded.

You should update the 360 to newest dash before RGHing it yes. But not a big deal if you don't, you can install new dash/avatar updates after. It's just easier to do it auto online before, instead manual offline after.

@BigOnYa I wanted to ask you about your experience with seeing south park. Most of the people a bit younger like my younger brother and cousins that are a few younger than me that saw kids found south park funny because of the curse words, kids at school, that seemed like liking the show on a very basic level.

I could not quite have a in depth discussion of the show.

How was it for you? As an adult. What did you find the most interesting part about it. Did you relate to the parents of the kids and their situations. Was it satires, the commentary on society. The references on celebrities' and pop culture.
