A legit .CIA is one that is properly signed by Nintendo such as a system app. The ONLY games that have legit .CIAs are one's that come pre-installed like Mario Kart 7, Majora's Mask and Pokemon SM. I think you just misused the term "legit" when maybe you mean "official/good"..... An "official/good" .CIA is one that's dumped/downloaded from a retail cartridge or an eShop installation, these are NOT signed by Nintendo and are never meant to be "installed" outside of an eShop purchase but work with Arm 9 permissions granted by your exploits.

No there is not. I don't have heard of any USUM console bundle as of now, so therefore no legit universal signed cia.

I'm pretty sure they just think "legit" means "good" and they want to avoid using the leaked USUM .cia because they're paranoid about bans. That's the common consensus around here this week for whatever reason.........

This, i never understood the needs for legit cia except they need to install it on non modded console.

I want a legit CIA because I don't have money for the real thing, I don't want a ban from the leak I have played (yes I do have CFW all updated to latest) and it will make it easier for me to have a digital copy than a Game Card because I hate taking them with me when I go out because paranoia of losing them or damaging them (learnt that the hard way when my OOT3D cart got damaged)

Just download it from freeshop. It uses the EXACT same servers as the official eShop downloading from the CDN, so there is literally no difference between the two installs other than a paywall.

Leak? Bro, as we know US/UM was released few days ago in most of the country. So, chill yourselfes, If you search any .cia since the official released, they're safe enough.
The ban could arrive if you had playied this game before the official release, not ofr any other reason.

That's odd, the keys that are on the titlekey site are good ones so the freeshop keys should be good. Are you sure you have the correct website in the settings? It should end in .gq and not .com.

It should be .gq cause everytime I cfw my friends ds'es, I download the title keys from .gq
