I tried reconstructing the 20th-Anniversary Jirachi, though apparently it's unable to find a Mistery Gift database match. The only reason for this is probably Met Location, tried all kinds of them that seemed sensible and none worked.
Could you fix that and tell me what is the proper one?

Shouldve clarified that Jirachi was only one of them, my bad.

Edit: the Jirachi was blank, not really a problem regarding EVs etc. but sadly Modest instead of Jolly. I figured out the proper Met Location now due to above file, so I reuploaded the entire .rar with the fixed Jirachi and other 7 Mons:

Splicers are in Gnarled Den, you need both Zekrom and Reshiram in your party when soaring the sky and you'll find that location (and Kyurem). It's hidden too, search around the left side of the cave. Get online.

Oh you might be asking about Gen 7. Aether Foundation, Secret Lab A, an employee will give you them.
