I don't think they would have any part of the seed on them? I again could be wrong but I was under the impression that was strictly a server thing and only would be on the digital copy since the physical would have no use for it.

I think he's asking if we could compare the leak with the preload and find the difference, which he assumes would be the seed expected. It shouldn't be that simple, though.

like since we have both the unencrypted file and the encrypted file there could be a way to discover what the encryption key was by comparing them somehow

It will not happen, as far as I know cartridges cias don't have a seed, if you want your digital download to work wait for the release date, otherwise download the leaked game or wait for someone to dump ultra sun.
