The Last of Us: Part II PGW Trailer

Continuing on with the Paris Games Week 2017 news, Sony put out a new trailer for the much anticipated The Last of Us: Part II. The video shown is quite violent, and showcases the game's graphical engine. However, there still was no gameplay shown, as all of the trailer was one cutscene. No release date was given, though it still appears to be slated for a 2018 launch.

Gore wasn't my favorite part in the first game, hope it doesn't become the main point now.
maybe explain because this clearly suggests you found the first one was gory and wasnt your best thing about it, and youve seen this video and think its more about gore?

its not focusing more toward gore other than setting what would be 99.999% likely to happen in real life if said events were to happen.

its focus has always been telling the story and sorry you miss again that without gore or violence then gamers will not believe the post apocalyptic settings, likely wont be interested in the characters or the story and will likely then be a poor game.

First you seem to not understand my comment about gore not being the main point of the first game, and now you start derailing it into "game shouldn't have gore/violence".
That is some obsessive thought police here dude.

firstly its your view on the matter because neither games has it been gore as its main focus, this is you claiming this.

i am trying to explain to you that yes it has gore, but its not its main focus and its not going to push more gore gore gore in your face which you appear to be claiming.

its not rocket science how ive explained to you, think you need to go back and play the others if you thought the first wasn't gory.

the second will be no different, its main focus will be the story with Joe and Ellie and events taken place from the end of the first one and lets not forget that lie at the end.

the gore factor your claiming the game is going to mainly be focusing on (which it wont be all about gore) is human nature, this is what would happen in the real world if said events happened.

i think the point im putting out there is you cant sit there saying a zombie like Apocalypse game is going to be more focused on gore, when the matter of the fact is, what else is this type of game going to have?

no fucking picnics and marshmallows i tell you that lol..... and i dont think its going to be more gory than the first, i strongly believe ND will continue to focus on the key story telling and characters, not a mindless gory fuck fest shoot and kill brutal blood blood guts.
