Yeah,it isn’t too bad but I wouldn’t want to completely rely on it. My Switch serial number isn’t on there and it was below 3.00 on purchase
I can confirm that the Super Mario Odyssey bundle comes with 3.0.0, confirmed by 2 other friends of mine. But you have to sell the code inside and buy the cart instead. Otherwise you're directly updating to 4.0.1
If you want to buy a 3.0.0 switch for pirating games don't do it . You have to wait month or years to play only the games without the new crypto , and without playing online .

Thankfully the N64 had a metric ton of other fantastic games. I do kind of hate the controller though, I didn't mind it at the time but over the years I have slowly learned to hate it.
