Why do you want to do that? If you don't have a ntrboot capable flashcart you'll be stuck without CFW.

No, A9LH is now redundant and has been superseded by B9S.

It is Luma that's causing the issue not B9S (which is only a way to launch it). You can try the legacy version and see if that helps (if it does let me know) http://www.hirobyte.com/archivos/legacy/boot.firm

Actually you can remove B9S quite safely, unlike A9LH.

IIRC A9LH actually corrupted the secret sector on new3DS, this resulted in the system bricking if the A9LH exploit wasn't present on the system.
(I am doing this from memory, I tried googling it and didn't find the answer. So if I am wrong don't hesitate to correct me)

Getting a bit off topic here, but it does require restoring the original secret sector for the system to work proper without A9LH,. This is actually why "secret_sector.bin" is provided in the guide for updating from A9LH to B9S.

You could remove A9LH using SafeA9LHInstaller, but restoring the NAND was always the suggested method of removing A9LH.
