Okay least tell us a prank you have done on someone or would like to do if you haven't yet.
I've never pranked somebody, nor do I really want to. Sorry, I know it's such a non-answer, but that's just how it is. >.<
What kind of candy do you like or remember eating the most during Halloween in the past?
I don't like candy anymore, but I do remember liking Hershey bars, Milky ways, Three Musketeers, Twix, and Candy Corn (yes, actually) the most when I was a kid. I'd always look forward to getting those candies at Halloween.
@Meteor7
wofl?
<3 wofl.
what made you start streaming?
I actually just popped into an open voice chat one day while the stream was going on. I asked if it was alright to be a part of it, and they kindly acquiesced. I joked about with people and had a generally fun time of things, so I wanted to be on again, if I could. I don't remember how I came to know this, but it turns out that I was the only one with a capture card to record console games, so I offered to stream some console games in the future. As time went on and I participated in more streams, I just kinda slipped into things. That's really more-or-less the full story of that.
Do you give out free candy in white vans?
No. I give out organic fruits and vegetables. :3
are you my daddy?
WHAT? *checks self* No... I'm not quite that old yet. Don't scare me like that.
where does the thumb go?
*gazes into distance* Wherever it is needed. It's the thumb this site deserves, but not one it needs right now.
Your custom user title says "guess where the thumb goes", I'll guess it goes up your arse?
This is not an impossibility, nor must it necessarily be my own.
If you gotten control over any scene for one day, what would you change to it?
I honestly haven't made myself familiar enough with any scene in particular to have a good answer for this one. :\ I generally enjoy every part of this site (though my experience with the EoF is limited, to say the least) and I don't think I'd change much at all. This is something of a cop-out answer of course, but I'd try and get rid of some of the drama and controversial threads that pop up here and there, though those seem to be few and far enough in between that my experience here hasn't really been colored by them much.
wofl or pofl??
As I understand it, pofl is a fusion of Piotyr and Wofl, correct? I much prefer my Wofls purebred. :o
What do you do for work?
Well, right now I'm working part-time as a substitute teacher, but I'm applying to entry-level positions in research labs.
What do you wish you do for work?
Well, my degree is in physics, so I'd really like to be doing some form of lab-based research. That being said, I've always had a secret fantasy of being an entertainer of some sort and living off of that as a career, but that seems much beyond what I'm capable of. I actually almost went into studying performance music at the end of high-school, but there didn't seem to be much of a market for someone who played clarinet and alto sax, to say the least.
I've also had a pipe dream of falling away from society, being a hermit, and studying martial arts. Obviously, the complications of something like that would make it not viable, like food and healthcare. I wonder if that makes me seem capricious, to have that many mutually exclusive dream lifestyles?
If you could be good at something, what would you choose?
This is a bit like wishing for infinite wishes, but I'd pick thinking. Hypothetically, making me a better thinker could facilitate the development of any other skill I choose, or at least, I think so.
Who from this forum would you play video games with?
I've actually played (and talked over) video games with quite a few people on this forum already. That being said, I'm open to playing a casual game with most anybody who might want to, really. I mean, why not?
Would you race me in mega man games for fun?
What, you mean like those side-by-side competition speedruns that people do? I wouldn't pose even half a challenge, and I have no idea how to even set something like that up, but yeah, I'd try that.
What kind of instruments do you like? (Either playing one or hearing someone perform with one)
I like playing the piano best, but my favorite instrument to listen to might be... the french horn? It can't carry a melody on its own, but it does tend to add a rich flavor when it's used in a piece.
What kind of restaurants you like best?
Well, I'm a raw vegan, so none. My only restaurant is the produce aisle, and my cooking style is "sticking it in my mouth."
What is the best food dish meal you can cook?
I used to make a pretty fierce curry, but I could also cook cheesy scrambled eggs and meaty chili pretty well. Those are the only things I'd ever put my own spin on, to be honest, otherwise I'd just follow the instructions.
So why Meteor?
Comets usually are way more flashy, you know with the tail and all.
Even, why not dwarf planet? Almost like a real planet.
In truth, this was something of a throw-away name before I knew I wanted to be an active part of this site. I just used the age-old method of noun+number and this was the first thing that popped into my head. I guess I could have also been CometKlein9, or something-or-other.
What about the 7?
Is it the 7th Meteor? What happened with the previous 6?
7 meteorites fused in a fiery collision, forming the Meteor7.
What is the best thing you ever eaten?
That's actually an easy one. Years ago, my family and I spent a trip in Sackets Harbor New York, and we ate at a restaurant known as the Tin Pan Galley. There, I ordered their stuffed french toast, and to this day, it stands out as the most amazing thing I had ever tasted in my life. Having been on the diet that I am, it would be vile to me now, but at the time it was so overwhelmingly delicious that it left a permanent mark on my memory for years afterward.
This was exactly it.
Good trip all around, honestly. I still remember a cute girl working a shop of so-called "spiritual" items who my family insisted was being flirty with me. Odd that I have such strong and lasting memories of my time spent there considering how long ago it was.
What was the best gift you gotten for any occasion?
Hmm... I'm not sure. The best gift in recent memory was for my birthday when my sister and father got me a Blue Yeti microphone and a pop-filter. That's a gift that's turned out to be very very handy.
Heyyo sexyface!
What's good, my Swedish fish. <3
Here comes the music nerd!
Gimme 5 highly ranked songs (favorites, at-the-moment favorites, and so on)
Too easy...
that aren't video game music or owl city!
Oh. Erm... Ok, I got it.
(RHCP basslines are the bumpiest, I fuckin' swear. )
Do you have any vinyl records? If yes, which are your favorites? If no, which would you want (if any)?
I do not, nor do I have any method of playing them. >.< I've never even thought about owning a vinyl record, so I have idea which are available.
Go watch the movie Vanilla Sky sometime, and tell me what you think.
I gotta watch a lot of things, but I'll stick it on my backlog just under Holy Mountain.
Gas powered stick?
I actually had to look that up. I've never watched Bravest Warriors before, just assumed it wasn't my thing, but it surprisingly has its moments.
How are you with scary stuff? Scary movies, scary games, scary novels?
All but bulletproof, baby. B)
And what do you think of the Silent Hill games?
Never played one, but with the accolades that franchise gets, I really should give it a try.
Go watch Mulholland Drive sometime... actually, live stream your face cam while watching it. With Jinx. A watch-a-long. And whoever wants to drink may drink. *hiccup*
Not sure how Twitch would feel about livestreaming audio from a movie, but if YuriofWind can show full episodes of Kamen Rider and Whose Line live on his streams, I think we'll be just fine reacting to a movie. I'll have to ask her if she'd be up for something like that.
Eating hawt hawt peppers and playing some game, when??!? Punishment. Hmm. Some game that's not too difficult, but still difficult enough that you die a lot.
Was gonna do it, but then I accidentally acclimated myself to all the hot peppers currently available at my grocery store, so without hotter peppers, it just won't work.
Eat a bite of pepper everytime you die in Super Meat Boy = RIP butt.
That's crazy. You're a madman, Jenkins!
Eat a bite of pepper everytime you die in Binding of Isaac = manageable butt pain.
Actually, I might be able to pull that off. Deaths in that game can be quite a ways apart, so yeah, maybe.
