There is a way to Activate your Vita Offline, but I think there is some Risk involved. You need to Backup your Activation Files in specific Directories, then run a App. It is on Wololo somewhere.
I just want to know how can my System be Activated, but for some reason not be PSM Activated?????? Had to get rid of a few Games I Purchased.

1. You can't download stuff from psn on henkaku either way, and i think that also includes dlc.

2. If you REALLY want to get activated: there is such a thing called MLThaku which will activate your vita, but apparently the risk of getting banned from psn is pretty high if you used this. (i never used it so i wouldn't know)

I'd recommend not using MLThaku
Curious, why not? People are saying there's a high risk of ban. But isn't there already a high risk when going online with enso? Are people really using their henkaku online safely?

MLThaku is more dangerous because you're using someone else's activation files to activate your Vita. This is 100% detectable as soon as you use PSN and is basically a guaranteed ban.

Enso itself isn't, necessarily, instantly detectable as soon as you use PSN. So far there hasn't been any real bans from using enso, or even using Henkaku itself. Just temporary IP bans, and that's about it.
