Does this really work? I'm trying to detach both JoyCons on the home menu, but nothing happens.
Did some digging and found this from a thread by @Setery , dunno if it's true or not but this is how one person said they got it to work:

I think I finally managed to reproduce it.
Just had to go to the window, grab the switch only by the joycons while i put it outside the window, then kickly press both joycons detach buttons. The NEs emulator appeared like magic in the screen

Um it was a joke lol
He meant you had drop it out of a bedroom window and catch it with the joycons :P
Anyways, I would say it could be a button combo at the start of booting up or possibly similar to the 3ds browser Easter egg with the Mario theme (maybe it could be the Zelda theme or something?)
Who knows, maybe this is being saved for when the browser official is released.

I don't really care if you don't believe me, that's not the point of this thread. All I'm asking for is some help on the matter and if anyone else has experienced it.

The only thing I can remember is that I had accessed the eshop closed it, I also linked a facebook just to see how the "browser" was like.

Well it couldnt be a button combination if he wasnt actually doing anything on his switch, leaving eshop and it magically opened? We need more details.

Maybe not a long combination, but a short one or button hold scheme is possible.

It's possible that in the natural motion of navigating pre-break and picking up his controllers pre-use triggered a short combination, or that while his controllers were down they held buttons (or that he did so in picking them up).

I'm more curious about the controls of flog.
As you can see here on the bottom left corner there's some motion controls (pressing ZL and swinging the joycon).
What if we have to do it somewhere to get to flog?

That looks more like a control scheme option indicator - saying you can use dual joy-con controls, or motion controls with a single joy-con. I somewhat doubt it has anything to do with the unlock method for the game, but I suppose anything's possible. Been fiddling around quite a bit on my end, but obviously no luck figuring out the secret so far.

Guys!!!! i found out how you can run the emulator!!!!
you need to hold the joycon as a golfclub hold the R button and swing it like hitting a golf ball!!!!
Like, legit, or...? Can you show a screenshot? I don't have a Switch. :(
Pretty sure it's a joke/troll. Just tried it a bunch of ways (including ZR/ZL/L) and nothing.
